I would suggest you to open Internet Explorer in Compatibility view and check.

Method 2:

 

I would suggest you to open Internet Explorer in no add-ons mode.

actually I'm downloading apps for my pc, but unfortunately it always interrupted also attachment files in email also interrupted, even when watching videos in youtube, also interrupted, at first it plays then eventually stopped.

yes, i already  tried troubleshooting,but still the problem is there. aside from that downloading problem i also experience the "blue screen display"  with a message prompt error "system service exception" and i notice when i used google chrome this blue screen always popping- up and  eventually causing my pc restart again and again. so because of that i decided to not to used the Google chrome  instead i use the opera browser, well   in opera i can't experience that blue screen but problem in downloading and streaming videos are still there. please help me about this. i'm so tired of these problems, i can't enjoy the features of windows 8. and one thing  also, downloading a apps in windows store also interrupted.
