Reclaiming Old Bookmarks + Ant Downloader

I inadvertently had the Auto update default setting set in my FF 47.
It auto updated to 57 and wiped out my bookmarks as well as Ant Video Downloader.
I then re-installed my FF 47 but the Bookmarks are still gone and so is Ant Video Downloader.
I'm guessing the old Bookmarks are gone forever with that auto update but the old Ant Video downloader seems gone as well.
I have FF 50.1.0 on another PC running W7.
What files would I need to copy to a flash drive to then copy onto my other PC running W7 with FF 47 running to restore where I was before this auto update so I have my old bookmarks and Ant Video Downloader running?
Into which directory/folder would I copy/paste those old bookmark files and Ant Video Downloader files to on the PC with FF47noiw running?

Older Ant Video Downloader Version History. I'd think that 2.4.7.50 would be right.
Fire 750, bring back 250.
