Missing Flight Simulator X Files in /Documents

This all started on Tuesday when I tried to fly my PMDG 737NGX but then FSX SE decided to stay on the splash screen and then there was an error dialog that says something about flights being corrupt and will start up default flight. and then i hit Ok. a few seconds later, "Microsoft Flight simulator X has stopped working." After retrying like 10 times. and doing restarts. I decided to uninstall. So I deleted the FSX folder in /Program Files x86/steam/steamapps/common/ and then went to My Documents/Flight Simulator X Files and deleted everything there. after that I reinstalled fsx on steam. But I didn't see any files in the Flight Simulator X FIles Folder. not even the logbook.bin file. Can somebody help? I submitted a ticket to Dovetail, but no respond. can somebody help me with this?

Processor - AMD A4 5000 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.50 GHz
RAM - 8.00 GB of RAM (7.43 GB usable)
System type: Windows 10 64-bit.
