On the One do you have "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" or "Minecraft"? The One version of the game had an updated a while ago and it is no longer possible to transfer 360 saves to the updated version. "Minecraft Xbox One Edition" is the original version for the One and the save can be transferred to that version.

Unfortunately the fellow ambassador is correct and there is nothing you can do im sorry this is an issue.

If you have a fried with the "Minecraft Xbox One Version" you can use that to import your 360 world to the Xbox One Edition.

Save that, and then you can import it into the "Minecraft" version you have.
